Veteran-led. Mission-focused.

Technology should expand independence.

Stalwart COM connects veterans, clinicians, agencies, and organizations with assistive technologies, adaptive equipment, training, and support that improve real-world outcomes.

Our company

Built to serve the requirement and the person behind it.

Founded in 2020, Stalwart COM LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in the planning, development, procurement, and implementation of solutions for government and healthcare customers.

Our work begins with the problem—not a product. We listen to the user, clinician, buyer, and operating team; evaluate the environment; explain the available paths; and coordinate a solution that can be implemented and supported.

Headquartered in Cincinnati with satellite offices in San Antonio and Florida, Stalwart supports customers nationwide.

Our mission

Educate, equip, and empower clinicians and veterans by connecting them with assistive technologies that improve independence.

We strive to be a trusted educational partner to the VA, rehabilitation community, and public-sector buyers—not simply another vendor.

How we operate

Principles that guide the work.

The strongest recommendation is the one that earns trust, improves the outcome, and can be supported after delivery.

01

Integrity Before Revenue

Recommend the best-fit path, even when it is not the easiest sale.

02

Education Before Sales

Help users and buyers understand the options and tradeoffs first.

03

Relationships Over Transactions

Build continuity with users, clinicians, caregivers, and customers.

04

Innovation With Purpose

Use technology to solve an actual barrier and strengthen independence.

Our history

A growing mission, grounded in service.

Stalwart’s path has expanded from specialized technology and federal support into a broader independence platform spanning assistive technology, mobility, patient handling, training, and implementation.
